If appropriate, use curved scissors to cut off the right side skin flap along the incision about 0.5cm away from the coronal sulcus, and then cut the left side. The inner and outer plates at the frenulum of the foreskin can be left intact, or some can be retained.

Stop bleeding

Retract the penis skin upwards to reveal the bleeding point and then stop the bleeding. Pay special attention to ligating the superficial dorsal penile vein in the middle of the dorsal side of the penis.
