Nowadays, more and more people often have physical problems due to irregular life or high life pressure. Many men also deal with their lower abdominal pain in a perfunctory manner, without going to the hospital for examination or going to the pharmacy for consultation. This attitude towards the body is not desirable. The body is the capital of the revolution. If you don’t protect your body, how can you create wealth in the future? Therefore, taking care of the body should be the first step. Regarding the pain in the left lower abdomen of men, I also checked the relevant information and basically came to the following conclusions. Pain in the lower left abdomen of men may be related to prostatitis. Patients with prostatitis may also experience pain symptoms. In addition to prostate pain, it may also cause genital swelling, pubic symphysis, lower abdominal pain and abdominal pain. This situation is often accompanied by neuralgia. Or it may be caused by enteritis. In this case, the general examination is usually done by B-ultrasound and enteroscopy. Prostatitis is divided into acute and chronic prostatitis, nonbacterial prostatitis and prostatitis. Cellular prostatitis often has bacteriuria, while nonbacterial prostatitis or prostatitis rarely has urinary tract infection, prostatitis has no inflammatory signs, and prostate massage fluid is normal. Prostatitis, especially chronic prostatitis, is a common disease in male adults. At present, the cause of most chronic prostatitis is still unclear, and the treatment effect is not satisfactory. Prostatitis is the most common disease among adult men, accounting for about 1/3-1/2 of outpatients in TCM andrology. Clinically, there are two types of prostatitis: acute prostatitis and chronic prostatitis, of which chronic prostatitis is the most common. This disease can occur in adult men of any age. It rarely occurs before puberty, but it is more common in men aged 20-40. About 35%-40% of those over 35 years old suffer from this disease. Acute prostatitis may cause systemic symptoms such as left lower abdominal pain, chills, fever, fatigue, etc. in men. Local symptoms include a feeling of heaviness in the perineum or suprapubic area, which worsens when sitting for a long time or defecating, and radiates to the waist, lower abdomen, back and thighs. If small abscesses are formed, the pain worsens and defecation becomes impossible. Urethral symptoms include a burning sensation during urination, urgency and frequency of urination, which may be accompanied by hematuria at the end of urination or purulent discharge from the urethra. According to the data, it is mainly caused by acute prostatitis. Therefore, any discomfort in the body is not as simple as it seems. I hope everyone can take good care of their bodies, develop good living habits, not stay up late, not drink alcohol, and go to the hospital in time if they feel uncomfortable. |
