For this reason, it is best for middle-aged people to quit drinking. If they have to drink, they should drink low-alcohol wine, or replace alcohol with tea or fruit juice. Avoid being gluttonous. Teenagers grow bones, young people grow flesh, and middle-aged people grow fat. This is the law of human growth and development. In order to prevent obesity, middle-aged people should pay attention to eating less high-fat and high-sugar foods in addition to regular exercise. At the same time, do not eat too much for dinner, generally 50% full is appropriate.

Taboo 5: Avoid being lazy

As the saying goes, "A tree ages with its roots first, and a person ages with his legs first." When people reach middle age, they often feel that their legs are heavy, their waists and legs ache, and therefore they don't like to exercise. This shows that aging has quietly arrived.
