Causes of hematospermia

Causes of hematospermia

Hematospermia is one of the more common diseases of the male reproductive system. When this stubborn disease occurs, it is actually the main symptom of the body. At this time, people will ejaculate a lot of red semen during sexual intercourse. This disease is more common in modern medicine as seminal vesiculitis, and is relatively rare in clinical practice. Let's take a look at the causes of hematospermia and how to treat it.

When prostatitis occurs, it is a common disease in men's lives. After the onset of this prostate inflammation, it will easily affect the adjacent seminal vesicles. If we cannot understand the cause of hematospermia in time and do not actively treat hematospermia, it will also cause seminal vesicle bleeding in the body.

The secretion of the seminal vesicle is one of the main components of semen. The bleeding of the seminal vesicle makes the secretion stain with blood. When it is discharged from the body with the semen, there is blood in the semen. It may be a gonococcal infection, which causes edema and congestion of the seminal vesicle wall, increased new blood vessels and thin walls. Ejaculation during sexual intercourse causes the muscles of the seminal vesicle wall to contract, blood vessels to rupture and bleed, and pain after sexual intercourse occurs.

Bleeding due to fusinitis. The fusin is the opening of the ejaculatory duct in the posterior urethra. If there is inflammation here, the contraction and expansion of the ejaculatory duct during ejaculation will cause capillaries to rupture and bleed, which will be mixed with semen and discharged, showing as hematospermia. Hematospermia caused by this disease is accompanied by a certain degree of ejaculation pain and common posterior urethral discomfort, but the amount of bleeding is small, there is no blood clot, and it is often accompanied by terminal hematuria.

Because the occurrence of prostate disease and seminal vesicle disease in the body are very closely related, they are both very likely to cause hematospermia. However, we must know that the occurrence of hematospermia also includes two causes: benign and malignant. It is recommended that if the disease is discovered in time, it should be actively treated.
