Four Dos and Seven Don'ts for Men to Give Birth

Four Dos and Seven Don'ts for Men to Give Birth

If a couple wants to have a satisfying sex life and successfully conceive, the man's "ability" is crucial. However, in recent years, male infertility has become more and more serious. In order to fully protect the reproductive function, men need to abide by the following taboos in life.

What to do:

1. Maintain an optimistic attitude. Emotional factors have a significant impact on male sexual function. After intervention on depressed people, it was found that their fertility rate increased from 29.9% to 45.5%. Therefore, maintaining a good mood, establishing an optimistic attitude, and abandoning stress can help men improve their fertility.

2. Stay away from bad living habits and environmental factors. Men should avoid exposure to radiation and substances that are harmful to the body, such as decoration materials and heavy metals, and should also avoid smoking, drinking, and staying up late.

3. Strengthen physical exercise. A strong body is the basis for the normal function of men. You should properly adhere to physical exercise to strengthen your body, enhance your immunity, and relax your tired and anxious mood during exercise.

4. Increase nutrients. Sperm production is closely related to the nutritional level of diet. Foods that need to be eaten regularly include sea cucumbers, sesame seeds, peanuts, walnuts, lettuce, etc.

What not to do:

1. Drinking. The sperm density of alcoholics will decrease by 56.6%. Drinking a lot of alcohol can lead to a decrease in testosterone synthesis in men and impair sperm production.

2. Smoking. Nicotine, carbon monoxide, cadmium, lead and other toxic substances in the smoke can easily damage the spermatogenic cells in the testicles. Studies have shown that if you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, the sperm survival rate is less than 50%.

3. Long-term sitting, sitting in a bath, sauna or wearing tight pants. These behaviors can affect the heat dissipation function of the testicles and blood circulation, increase the local temperature of the testicles, and hinder the production of sperm. Soaking in warm water at 43℃-44℃ for 20 minutes for 3 consecutive days will cause sperm density to decrease for 3 weeks.

4. Long-term electromagnetic radiation. Being too close to the TV or using a computer for a long time can cause the radiation to affect spermatogenesis.

5. Eat celery, soy products, etc. Foreign studies have found that after young men eat a certain amount of celery for several consecutive days, the amount of sperm decreases significantly, and it will gradually return to normal after 4 months of stopping celery. In addition, eating soy products every day will significantly reduce the number of sperm in men.

6. Consume cottonseed oil. Taking cottonseed oil can cause cell damage, testicular interstitial fibrosis, blood vessel thickening, and testicular autoimmune diseases.

7. Excessive cycling or horse riding. Excessive cycling or horse riding can cause chronic fatigue and congestion of the prostate and other accessory glands, affecting their functions and aggravating chronic inflammation.
