After sun exposure:

Focus on skin soothing and moisturizing, choose a mild and moisturizing shower gel, and do not use overscalding water to wash; after all, ultraviolet rays have a certain degree of irritation to the skin, so you can use after-sun lotion to soothe the skin appropriately.

Just after sunbathing, you can eat less food and drink rich in vitamin B or vitamin C, because these ingredients can easily make tanned skin white again.

Not everyone can tan. It depends on your temperament, personality and skin type. If you are gentle and not athletic, it is not recommended to tan easily, unless you want to change your image. People with sensitive skin are not suitable for long-term sun exposure and strong light, so of course you should do a short sunbath test first.

The first "virgin sunbathing" should not exceed 10 minutes.
