It stimulates the testicular seminiferous tubules to produce sperm, stimulates the development of interstitial cells to release testosterone, and is used for patients with hypopituitarism, low FSH levels, and secondary testicular spermatogenesis dysfunction. The dosage is 1000u, injected intramuscularly once every other day, and a course of treatment is 10 to 12 weeks.

⑵ Clomiphene: It is a synthetic female hormone derivative that competitively binds to estradiol receptors in the hypothalamus, inhibits the feedback effect of estradiol on the hypothalamus, promotes the secretion of GnRH and pituitary gonadotropin, and is beneficial to spermatogenesis. The dosage is 25-50 mg orally per day for 25 days and stop for 5 days, and continue for 3-6 months.
