1. Drug treatment

5. Surgical treatment

Patients with severe symptoms of primary varicocele who have not responded to non-surgical treatment; patients with mild varicocele but abnormal semen test results; patients with testicular spermatogenesis disorder accompanied by testicular atrophy, causing infertility; patients with inguinal hernia or hydrocele require surgical treatment.
