Every time men are excited, liquid will flow out. This is actually semen, a substance that every male friend has. The color and state of the semen indicate the physical condition of the male friends themselves. If there is any abnormality, it means that the body has sexual dysfunction or the sperm quality is low, which will lead to infertility in the future and is difficult to cure. (1) Semen volume: The normal volume should be more than or equal to 2ml (milliliters). If it is more than 7ml, it is too much. At this time, not only will the sperm density decrease, but it will also be easy to flow out of the female vagina, resulting in a decrease in the total number of sperm. It is common in patients with seminal vesiculitis. If the total volume is less than 2ml, it is a small amount of semen. Less than 1ml is too little, which can easily lead to infertility. (2) Color: The normal color is grayish white or slightly yellowish. If the semen is milky white or yellowish green, it indicates inflammation in the male reproductive tract or accessory glands. If it is pink or red, or red blood cells can be seen under a microscope, it is bloody semen, which is common in patients with accessory glands or posterior urethritis, and occasionally in patients with tuberculosis or tumors. (3) Liquefaction time: After normal semen is ejaculated, it will become jelly-like under the action of seminal vesicle coagulase. After 15-30 minutes, it will become liquid under the action of prostatic liquefaction enzyme. This is called semen liquefaction. If semen still does not liquefy 30 minutes after ejaculation, it is abnormal. Viscosity: When a glass rod touches the liquefied semen and gently lifts it, a semen thread will form. If the semen is normal, the length of the semen thread should be less than 2 cm. Chinese yam, eel, ginkgo, sea cucumber, frozen tofu, tofu skin, peanuts, walnuts, sesame, etc., can enhance the body's immunity and improve sperm production. This is consistent with Western medicine nutrition. Western medicine believes that sufficient protein and vitamins can promote sperm production, vitamin A and vitamin B group, vitamin E can increase reproductive function, in addition, the lack of some trace elements such as zinc, manganese, selenium and other elements will also affect men's fertility. In addition, eating more green vegetables can help improve the quality of sperm, because green vegetables contain vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium and other ingredients that are beneficial to sperm growth. Nuts and fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and should also be eaten more, which are beneficial to sperm cell growth. In particular, we should pay attention to zinc supplementation. Animal foods generally contain more zinc than plant foods. Foods rich in zinc include: lean meat, liver, eggs, dairy products, cocoa, lotus seeds, peanuts, sesame seeds, walnuts, seaweed, kelp, shrimp, marine fish, red beans, lychees, chestnuts, melon seeds, almonds, celery, persimmons, etc. |
