3. Ultrasound examination

Testicular B-ultrasound can be used to accurately determine the size, shape and occurrence of the testicles. Patients with occult testis can also check testicular development and testicular enlargement, and B-ultrasound can be used to check for malignant changes.

4. Blood sampling

Human gonadotropin (HCG) and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) tests, if the results are above normal, further examination should be performed.

5. X-ray, CT or MRI.

Patients can undergo X-ray, CT or MRI examinations when necessary, and can accurately understand the status of peritoneal metastasis, which is particularly beneficial for patients who have not developed occult disease and may undergo malignant changes.

Causes of orchitis.

1. Urinary tract infection

When a male friend suffers from non-specific orchitis, most male friends suffer from urinary system diseases such as cystitis or prostatitis, which causes the male friend's testicles to be affected and cause orchitis.

2. Bacteria and viruses

Although bacterial infection of the male testicles is rare, epididymitis near the testicles can cause orchitis in men.

3.Acute mumps.

4. Incomplete treatment.

Chronic orchitis is caused by nonspecific acute orchitis in male friends.
