Sperm abnormality rate 94

Sperm abnormality rate 94

Many people have the problem of sperm abnormality. Generally speaking, if the sperm abnormality rate reaches 94%, then the probability of male infertility will be higher. Of course, there are many reasons for the high sperm abnormality rate. If you want to completely solve this problem, in addition to cooperating with the doctor for treatment, you must also understand the cause of sperm abnormality and then adjust your body accordingly!

1. Reasons for high deformity rate

Sperm deformity: The deformed sperm in semen exceeds 20%. The deformed sperm include abnormal shapes of the head, body, and tail, or mixed deformities of the head and body. First of all, patients should be calm, and then figure out whether this value is meaningful. If it is meaningful, consider checking. Examinations can consider doing sperm biochemistry, chromosome karyotype, etc., but generally speaking, few reasons can be found. If the sperm deformity rate is indeed high, you can consider taking L-carnitine to improve sperm morphology. No contraception is required. After the operation, you can have normal intercourse and prepare for conception. There is no exact relationship between sperm deformity and fetal development abnormalities. The process of sperm and egg combination itself has natural selection. Normal people's sperm can have a deformity rate of up to 70% during staining examination.

2. What happens if the sperm deformity rate is high?

In asthenozoospermia, sperms are unable to move forward and have difficulty passing through the cervical canal and uterine cavity to reach the fallopian tube and combine with the egg, thus causing low fertility. Common causes of asthenozoospermia include: 1. The testicular spermatogenic epithelium is not fully mature or damaged and thinned, resulting in poor sperm quality and weak motility; 2. Low semen volume; 3. Sperm mutations. For example, when the epididymis, seminal vesicle, prostate, etc. are inflamed, the pH, oxygen supply, nutrition, metabolism, etc. are not conducive to the activity and survival of sperms; if antisperm antibodies are present, sperms can be agglutinated, thus losing their motility.

The causes of teratospermia include urogenital tract infection, orchitis complicated by mumps, epididymal tuberculosis, varicocele, etc., which can lead to an increase in abnormal sperm, typically bicephalic sperm, which affects the quality of sperm; the use of hormones or certain chemical drugs, such as anticancer drugs, reserpine, mylerin, furans, etc., can cause sperm immaturity; radiation exposure to the gonads can cause sperm mutations; long-term local high fever in the scrotum, long-term alcohol abuse (especially high-concentration strong liquor), can cause sperm abnormalities. Therefore, it is recommended to further check to clarify the cause of infertility, treat it early, and don't miss the best age for pregnancy.

3. Can you have children if your sperm deformity rate is high?

From the perspective of eugenics, it is not suitable to get pregnant when the sperm deformity rate is high, and you should try to get pregnant after the condition is improved. This is because the sperm head is too large or has other abnormal shapes, which is not conducive to penetrating the tiny channel formed by the cervical mucus.

Sperm is a necessary substance for human reproduction. If sperm is deformed, it will affect female conception and reduce male fertility. In the absence of special circumstances, if the sperm deformity rate exceeds 70%, it often indicates that there will be serious problems, and it will even be very difficult to get pregnant. Even if you get pregnant in time, it will cause your wife to miscarry.

Sperm with very small heads can often be found in cervical mucus, most of which are due to the absence of acrosomes. As long as the proportion of abnormal sperm exceeds the normal range, active treatment should be sought. If pregnancy is forced, miscarriage is a relatively minor injury, while serious cases will affect the basic quality of the child, including intellectual problems that cannot be seen for the time being.
