Damage to the corpus cavernosum cells

Damage to the corpus cavernosum cells

The main supporting tissue for penis erection is the corpus cavernosum. If the cells of the corpus cavernosum are damaged, the patient may not be able to have an erection, which will cause great harm to the patient. Generally, the damage to the corpus cavernosum cells is mostly caused by external pressure. At this time, the patient needs to seek medical attention and treatment in time to avoid delaying the disease.

1What to do if the cavernous body is damaged

Condition analysis: Damage to the corpus cavernosum is usually caused by external forces after the penis is erect, which will cause hematoma and is very painful. It seems that your corpus cavernosum is not damaged. It should be penis bending or lateral bending. Under the influence of frequent external forces such as masturbation and certain working postures, the entire corpus cavernosum is translated inside and outside the body, that is, the entire penis strip is deflected in the abdominal cavity, which can be corrected through frequent massage. Another type is congenital curvature, which is generally not easy to find when tired. When sexually excited, it will bend to the left and right, up and down, etc., and the arc shape can usually be seen from the outside of the penis. Suggestions:

This phenomenon is more common in Western countries such as Europe, and is most common in the form of upward curvature after sexual erection. This is related to racial genetics, but it is not a pathological manifestation. Generally, if it is estimated that it will not affect future sexual life, it does not need to be corrected. If the curvature is too large, it needs to be corrected through surgery, but it may affect the quality of the erection of the corpus cavernosum after the operation.

2. Reaction mechanism of cavernous body

The third cylinder of the penis is the unpaired corpus cavernosum (Corpus cavernosum, or corPus spongiosum), which is located in the urethral groove on the midline of the ventral surface of the penis, just below the two corpora cavernosa. It is named because the urethra passes through it. It is much smaller than the corpora cavernosa and is located on the urethral surface of the penis. [1] During erection, the corpora cavernosa protrude on the ventral side of the penis, forming a characteristic bulge. At the distal end of the penis, the corpus cavernosum expands and extends dorsally to form a free, crown-like, anterior cone-shaped end, the glans penis. The glans penis covers the sharp conical end of the corpus cavernosum of the penis, which is connected in parallel. It can also be said that the sharp front end of the corpus cavernosum of the penis is embedded in the depression on the bottom surface of the glans penis. The bottom edge of the glans penis protrudes outward and backward, wider than the penis shaft, forming a free convex penis crown (corona glandis). The shallow groove below the edge of the crown is the coronal groove. The penis shaft behind the crown is thinner to form a transverse groove, called the penis neck, also known as the glans neck (collum glandis). The end of the urethra passes through the glans penis and ends at the top of the glans penis, forming a sagittal slit-like opening, the external urethral opening (orificium urethraee xternum). Before circumcision, the glans penis is covered by the foreskin. After circumcision, the glans penis may be partially or completely exposed.
