2. Leukocytospermia: There are very few white blood cells in semen. If there are 3 or more white blood cells in the field of vision, it means that there are too many white blood cells in the semen. This is called leukocytospermia, which can cause male infertility.

3. Sperm foaming and male infertility: Because there are tiny individual bubbles in semen, male sperm will gather near them, and the gas in the foam will cause great damage to sperm. After a few minutes, the sperm will lose its vitality and die, resulting in azoospermia.

4. Too little semen is one of the manifestations of male infertility. Normally, there are at least 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen. If the amount is less than normal, the chance of pregnancy will decrease.

5. White turbidity: White turbidity refers to semen mixed in male urine, or semen-like turbidity after urination.

6. Impotence, the penis cannot erect, or the erection is not strong, resulting in the inability to have sexual intercourse, which may lead to male infertility.

7. Painful ejaculation and urination are common manifestations of male infertility in clinical practice.

8. Hematospermia, semen that is pink or contains blood, is one of the manifestations of male infertility.

9. Azoospermia. This type of male infertility includes obstructive azoospermia and non-obstructive azoospermia. Obstructive azoospermia can be caused by infection or congenital spermatic cord defects. Non-obstructive azoospermia can be caused by congenital chromosomal abnormalities, cryptorchidism, and mumps in adolescence.
