What are the signs of male infertility?

Fertility is the most important thing in people's lives, especially for men. Fertility is the only way to pass on their genes. However, due to the influence of various conditions in modern life, many men have lost their fertility, which has brought a huge shadow to their lives. Let's take a look at the characteristics of men's infertility. I hope everyone can understand it.

1. Most male infertility patients usually do not show obvious symptoms. The main causes of male infertility are urogenital tract infection, endocrine abnormalities and varicocele. You should go to the hospital to check the semen routine and semen elastase, draw blood for sex hormone and antisperm antibody tests, and do scrotal color Doppler ultrasound, so that you can comprehensively judge the cause and then decide on a specific treatment plan.

2. Male infertility rarely shows obvious symptoms. Infertility is not an independent disease, it is caused by a combination of multiple factors, especially infertility caused by certain reasons, which has no clinical manifestations and symptoms.

3. There are many causes of male infertility, including infertility caused by abnormal semen, infertility caused by genetic sexual function, infertility caused by ejaculation dysfunction, infertility caused by varicocele, infertility caused by testicular abnormality, infertility caused by sperm tract abnormality, and infertility caused by external genitalia abnormality. For the specific cause, it is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examinations.

How to treat male infertility?

1. Azoospermia refers to the absence of sperm in the ejaculated semen after centrifugation and microscopic examination. Azoospermia can be divided into two categories: the first category is testicular spermatogenesis dysfunction, sperm cannot be produced, also known as true azoospermia. The second category is normal testicular spermatogenesis, but the vas deferens is blocked and sperm cannot be discharged from the body, also known as obstructive azoospermia. This is one of the common phenomena of male infertility.

2. Too little semen volume. Under normal circumstances, the amount of semen ejaculated by a normal man is about 2 to 6 ml each time. The amount of semen ejaculated is related to the frequency of ejaculation. If the amount of semen is less than 1 ml each time, it is called too little semen volume.
