Sometimes this kind of foreskin will be pulled back behind the glans and get stuck due to excessive force, causing the so-called incarcerated foreskin. The glans will become swollen and painful, or even necrotic. In this case, it is not enough to bleed a little. At this time, immediate treatment is necessary. If the foreskin cannot be restored, the foreskin must be cut or removed immediately.

3. Reproductive infectious diseases:

Penile bleeding may be caused by seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis, stones, etc. Seminal vesiculitis is mainly caused by excessive fatigue, bacterial infection, excessive sexual intercourse, etc. The specific cause and disease need to be determined after a specialist examination.

Traumatic bleeding after sexual intercourse in men is usually not a big deal.
