Mites are a kind of bacteria that live in the human body. Everyone may have this kind of mite, but some people have it and some don't. There are many reasons for the occurrence of mites, but the cause of mites is still due to bacterial infection. Mites are something that can be solved. So, what should a man do if a large mite is squeezed out of his back? Mites are a type of tiny animal belonging to the class Arachnida and the subclass Acari of the phylum Arthropoda. Their body size is generally around 0.5 mm, some as small as 0.1 mm, and most species are less than 1 mm. More than 50,000 species of mites have been discovered in the world, second only to insects. Many species are related to medicine. Nowadays, it is found that mites are closely related to human health. For example, gamasid mites, chiggers, scabies, demodectes, flour mites, dust mites and pygeus mites can bite people to suck blood, invade the skin, cause "rosacea" or demodectes, allergies, urinary tract mites, lung mites, intestinal mites and scabies, which seriously endanger human health. For rooms that have already been infested with mites, some emergency measures must be taken immediately. For example, reduce the indoor dust phenomenon as much as possible so that dust infected with mites and other molds cannot be dispersed into the air. Remove dust around windows, high-temperature areas in the room, and ventilation facilities in a timely manner, and pay attention to eliminating hidden dangers in places where dust is most likely to be raised. If conditions permit, choosing an effective air cleaner will help filter out allergens in the air.The skin lesions at the site of scabies parasitism are small papules, blisters and tunnels, which are mostly distributed symmetrically. Scabies papules are light red, the size of a needle head, and can be sparsely distributed, with normal skin in the middle; they can also be densely clustered, but not fused. The blind end of the tunnel often hides the worm body, which appears as a grayish-white dot the size of a needle tip. Severe itching is the most prominent symptom of scabies. The cause of itching is the mechanical stimulation of female mites when digging tunnels and the effect of excrement and secretions produced in life, which causes allergic reactions. The itching is milder during the day, aggravated at night, and even worse after sleeping. Due to severe itching and scratching, secondary infection can occur, resulting in pustules, folliculitis or ulcers. It is not difficult to make a diagnosis based on the contact history and clinical symptoms. If scabies can be found, the diagnosis can be confirmed. In the past, the method of detecting scabies was to use a sterilized needle tip to poke the end of the tunnel to remove the scabies; or to drop sterilized mineral oil on the affected area of the skin, and then use a blade to gently scrape the area and examine the scraped material under a microscope. Now domestic scholars use a dissecting microscope to directly examine the skin damage area, and find the outline of scabies with tunnels and their blind ends. That is, use the tip of a scalpel to pick out the scabies end, and the diagnosis can be confirmed, and the positive rate can reach 97.5%. Scabies mites on many mammals can also infect humans, but the symptoms are milder. |
