Liver-Qi Stagnation Type: The scrotum is painful when it falls or rises, with blue veins exposed, resembling an earthworm. The left internal spermatic vein is long and enters the renal vein at a right angle, so blood flow is subject to a certain resistance. The left internal spermatic vein is located behind the sigmoid colon and is easily compressed by intestinal feces, which affects blood return. 4. Causes 1.
