1. A flat, round lump may appear on one or both sides of the areola, and may even resemble a female breast, with a small amount of milk-like secretions.

2. Upon palpation of the breast, a flat, round lump with a clear boundary and slightly hard texture, like a chess piece, can be felt in the areola, and the range does not exceed the areola.
