What are the small fleshy buds on the glans?

The glans penis, also known as the glans penis, refers to the spherical object developed at the front end of the male genitals. It is formed by the expansion of the front end of the urethral cavernous body. The front end of the development is the urethral opening, which is the entrance and exit of urine and semen.

The male genitals can be divided into the glans penis, the body of the penis, and the root of the penis from front to back. For guys with long foreskin, the foreskin must be pulled off to see the glans penis. If the foreskin of an adult is too long and cannot be pulled off to show the glans penis, this is commonly known as prepuce. The area around the coronal sulcus of the glans penis is a dirty area. The residual urine after urination will accumulate between the glans penis and the prepuce, allowing the substances in the urine to settle, germs and bacteria to multiply, and a lot of urine scale will be formed, which will be concentrated in the coronal sulcus. Generally speaking, the urine scale should be cleaned once a day or two to prevent inflammation. Be sure to clean the glans penis and prepuce before sexual intercourse.

There are small grains on the glans penis. Possible reasons:

1. Pearly papules on the male genitals are manifested as small granulation-like protrusions on the coronal sulcus of the glans penis. The texture is soft, there is no pain, no secretions, bleeding, etc., and it will not cause infection. It is not easy to infect the lover through sexual intercourse. It is a normal physiological phenomenon and generally does not require any solution. It is more common in patients with long foreskin or excessive foreskin. For some patients, such small granulations can gradually disappear after circumcision surgery.

2. Condyloma acuminatum is caused by infection with human papillomavirus due to unclean sexual behavior. It may change into small granulation. In addition, as the disease progresses, it may expand in volume and be accompanied by abnormal secretions, foul odor, or bleeding and pain when touched. Combined with each other, it may produce cauliflower-like lumps with uneven surface. It needs to be treated with antiviral treatment after partial tissue pathological removal. If the disease is not treated with antiviral treatment, it may lead to repeated attacks and incurable.
