How to use male condoms

In recent years, condoms have become more widely used because of their dual functions of contraception and prevention of reproductive tract infections, especially the widespread prevalence of AIDS. It should be said that condoms are a convenient and highly worthy of marketing and promotion tool for male contraception. According to surveys, if condoms are used properly, the error rate is only 1.5-4.2%. However, in the actual application process, the error rate of condoms reaches 10-15%. The main reason is that people fail to pay attention to some minor details during the use of condoms, resulting in accidental pregnancy.

How to use male condoms

1. Be careful to tear off the edge of the condom package to prevent the condom from being torn; avoid using tools such as scissors to ensure that the condom does not tear.

2. Wear a condom when the penis is erect, and remember to put on the condom before the penis is inserted into the other person's body. The secretions produced in the early stage of penis erection may contain semen and pathogens that cause sexually transmitted diseases, which can cause pregnancy and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

3. The residual gas in the condom will cause the condom to split. To prevent the possibility of splitting, use your thumb and ring finger to gently squeeze the front end of the condom to release a small packet of gas, and then put the condom on the erect penis. Make sure that the tail end of the condom is rolled up and exposed on both sides.

4. While squeezing the front end of the condom, use your other hand to gently bend and stretch the condom to cover the entire penis. Make sure the condom is tightly covered on the glans penis during sexual intercourse; if the condom is partially dislocated, put it back on immediately. If the condom slips off, pull out the penis immediately and put on the condom before sexual intercourse again.

5. When a man ejaculates, he should immediately press the bottom of the condom with his hand while the male penis is still erect, and then take off the condom after the male penis is completely withdrawn. This prevents the male penis and the condom from touching the other person's body. A condom should only be used once. Wrap the used condom with a tissue and put it in the trash can.
