What is Baijiu

Baijiu, commonly known as Shaojiu, is a high-concentration alcoholic beverage, generally 50-65 degrees. According to the different saccharification, fermentation strains and brewing processes used, it can be divided into three categories: Daqu liquor, Xiaoqu liquor and Glutinous rice liquor. Glutinous rice liquor can be divided into two types: solid fermentation liquor and liquid fermentation liquor. The traditional Baijiu brewing process in my country is solid fermentation method. Some auxiliary materials need to be added during fermentation to adjust the starch concentration, maintain the softness of the fermented grains, and maintain the slurry. Commonly used auxiliary materials include rice husks, bran, corn cobs, sorghum husks, peanut skins, etc.

Foreign wine

Foreign liquor is a general term for imported alcoholic beverages. It includes spirits, beer, wine, liqueur, etc., and alcoholic beverages with different alcohol content. There are tens of thousands of types of alcoholic beverages around the world, and the raw materials used in brewing and the alcohol content of the wines vary greatly.
