How to deal with bruises, some tips to remove bruises

In daily life or during sports, people will inevitably encounter collisions. Once the body is bumped, bruises are likely to appear. Bruise is caused by subcutaneous bleeding. Bruise has an impact on people's appearance and the recovery of the injury. Therefore, when bruises are found, they should be treated in time.

1: Banana peel

1: Put the banana peel on the bruise and remove it after a while. You can do this 2-3 times a day. Or you can use the banana peel to massage the bruise, which can also effectively relieve the bruise. Many ingredients in the banana peel have the effect of eliminating bruises, especially if you put it on the bruise before going to bed at night. When you get up the next morning, you will find that the bruise has been well relieved.

2. Medicinal wine

1: Generally, for serious cases, use medicated wine (if there is no medicated wine, strong liquor can be used instead). First apply the medicated wine and rub it gently. When you feel a little burning, rub it vigorously according to the flow direction of the blood vessels. Do not wipe it when the blood flows quickly at noon or use a hot compress with a towel when taking a bath at night. The effect will be better if you heat it until your skin turns red and you feel you can't bear it anymore.

Three: Ice

1: Ice compress also has a certain effect on bruises, but experts remind that this method is usually only suitable for patients who have just been hit. In other words, ice compress is a temporary relief measure after injury. Ice compress can instantly shrink capillaries, thereby preventing redness, swelling and blueing caused by subcutaneous bleeding. But if the bruise has appeared for one or two hours, then it is not very meaningful to use ice compress at this time.

4: Hot compress with pepper wine can quickly remove blood stasis

1: Get some peppercorns, either dried or fresh, and some strong liquor. Put the peppercorns in a bottle, add enough liquor to cover the peppercorns, cover the bottle tightly, and put the bottle in a hot water bath for more than half an hour. Be careful not to set the water temperature too high, about 70 degrees Celsius, to prevent the glass bottle from cracking. After the peppercorn wine is soaked, pour a little onto a towel or absorbent paper and apply it to the bruise each time you use it. Apply it for more than 15 minutes each time, preferably half an hour, and apply it several times a day. You can brew more peppercorn wine at a time for multiple uses. Apply hot compresses the first time you make it. If you have patience, heat it up the next time you use it. If you don't have patience, just apply it cold.

Five: Cooked eggs remove blood stasis

1: Cooked eggs are more suitable for removing minor bruises, but they are not very effective for heavy bruises. Cook the egg whole, peel it, and then roll it back and forth on the bruise while it is still hot. If it is cold, heat it up with boiling water and roll it repeatedly. Roll it for at least 15 minutes each time, and do it at least twice a day.

6. Wet heat

1: If the bruise has been there for more than 24 hours and there is no skin injury, you can quickly relieve the bruise by applying wet heat. Wet heat can promote blood circulation in the skin, thereby relieving blood stasis. Based on this principle, rolling a peeled hot egg back and forth on the bruise can also help eliminate the bruise! Remember to do it at least twice a day, each time for at least 15 minutes.

7: Apply medication

1: Within 24 hours of the appearance of bruises, be sure to avoid hot compresses or rubbing, as this will only make the bruises more severe. In addition, you can also take medication to minimize the duration of bruises, such as taking Yunnan Baiyao capsules or cephalosporin tablets, which can also eliminate bruises.

8: Blood sucking therapy

1: Vampire therapy is to use leeches and other blood-sucking animals to suck blood stasis to clear the body. This method is effective in removing blood stasis and is fast, but it requires a little courage.

9: Within 24 hours of injury

Before a bruise forms, you can use an ice pack to apply cold compress (if you don't have an ice pack, you can wrap an ice cube in a towel, or apply the ice cube directly) to reduce bleeding after the rupture of microvessels and reduce the degree of bruising.
