3: Leek. Leek contains carotene, vitamin B, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, protein, fiber, etc. Leek also has the effect of detoxification and dehumidification, so applying leek juice can treat eczema.

2: Recipes to relieve itching caused by eczema

1: Barley and red bean decoction: 30g barley, 15g red beans, add water and cook until the beans are rotten, add sugar as needed, take in the morning and evening.

2: Winter melon soup: 250 grams of winter melon with skin, cut into pieces and cook into soup.
