Skin allergies are not rare diseases. On the contrary, many people may have allergic reactions in their daily lives as long as they come into contact with allergens that trigger allergies. 1: Dietary remedies to relieve allergies

1: Tofu and chrysanthemum soup. 100g tofu, 10g wild chrysanthemum, 15g dandelion. Preparation: Boil wild chrysanthemum and dandelion to obtain about 200ml juice, add tofu and seasonings and boil together, thicken with appropriate amount of water starch, stir well and serve.

2: Millet and red bean soup. 30g each of millet and red bean. Preparation method: Boil millet and red bean with appropriate amount of water until soft, add appropriate amount of sugar, take twice a day for one month.

3: Mung bean and kelp porridge. 30g mung bean, 50g soaked kelp, 100g glutinous rice, brown sugar. First cook the glutinous rice and mung bean into porridge, add the kelp, cook for another 3 minutes, and add the brown sugar. It clears away heat and detoxifies, helps the spleen and replenishes blood. It is suitable for subacute eczema and skin itching.

4: Barley, mung bean and lily porridge. 50g barley, 25g mung bean, 100g fresh lily, appropriate amount of sugar. Remove the inner membrane of the lily, add salt and gently squeeze, wash to remove the bitterness. Boil the barley and mung bean in water until half cooked, add the lily, simmer until cooked, and add sugar.

5: Mushroom-braised snake soup. 2 large snakes, 25g shiitake mushrooms, 25g button mushrooms, 3g dried tangerine peel, 10g cilantro, and seasonings to taste. After killing the snake, peel it, cut it into sections, add rice wine, scallions, ginger, and dried tangerine peel, and steam it for 1 hour. Tear the meat and keep the bones. Set aside the snake meat shreds. Soak the button mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and cut them into shreds. Add scallions and ginger to pork fat and stir-fry until fragrant. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the snake bones (wrapped in gauze), simmer for 30 minutes, discard the bones and keep the soup. Add button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and snake meat shreds, and simmer for another 30 minutes. Season with pepper and chopped cilantro. It can dispel wind and dampness.

2. Teas for allergy treatment

1: Red Peony Tea: Contains more methylated catechins than other teas, so it has the effect of relieving allergy symptoms.

2: Lemon juice: The vitamin C in lemon can inhibit allergic reactions. When drinking, you can slice the lemon and mix it with mint leaves and honey to make carbonated water. It can not only resist allergies, but also let you taste delicious.

3: Green tea: Green tea is rich in catechins, which have the effect of inhibiting histamine that causes allergic reactions.

Skin allergies are not serious and will heal on their own. However, it is important to note that if the allergens cannot be eliminated, skin allergies will usually recur. In addition to allergic symptoms such as itching and urticaria, in extremely rare cases, skin allergies may even be life-threatening.
