4. Patients with extravasation caused by stones should first undergo cystostomy, divert urine flow, control extravasation and infection, and then treat the stones.

5. Embedded tissue can be removed by pneumatic ballistics, laser, ultrasound or electrohydraulic lithotripsy.

Medication principles

Oral antibiotics are mainly used. When there is urethral ulceration or severe infection after surgery, antibiotics are injected intramuscularly or intravenously. There is no single method to treat urethral stones, but in fact, at present, there is no method that can achieve the best effect in treating urethral stones.
