Finger pressing is suitable for acupuncture points all over the body; palm pressing is often used on the waist, back, and lower limbs; elbow pressing has the greatest pressure and is mostly used on the waist, back, buttocks, and thighs.

Function: It has the functions of opening blockages, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, relieving spasms, and adjusting the functions of internal organs. It is suitable for all parts of the body and acupuncture points.
