What are the dangers of high blood pressure? You need to understand it from the early stage to the later stage

As we all know, if blood pressure suddenly rises at normal times, it will be harmful to human health. Therefore, the following article will introduce to you the dangers of high blood pressure.

1. Early stage hazards

Headache, mostly in the back of the head, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. If you often feel severe headaches, and at the same time you feel nausea and vomiting, it may be a signal of transformation to malignant hypertension; dizziness, more common in female patients, may be felt when squatting or standing up suddenly; tinnitus, tinnitus in both ears, lasting for a long time; palpitations and shortness of breath, hypertension can lead to myocardial hypertrophy, heart enlargement, myocardial infarction, heart failure, these are all symptoms that lead to palpitations and shortness of breath; insomnia, mostly difficulty falling asleep, early awakening, restless sleep, nightmares, easy awakening. This is related to cerebral cortical dysfunction and autonomic nervous system dysfunction; limb numbness, often numbness in fingers and toes or tingling sensation on the skin, and inflexible fingers. Numbness may also occur in other parts of the body, and there may be abnormal sensations or even hemiplegia.

2. Mid- to late-stage hazards

Damage to blood vessels: High blood pressure aggravates the sclerosis of small arteries throughout the body, causing ischemia, hypoxia, and functional damage to important organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys; forming atherosclerosis, which can easily cause thrombosis in blood vessels; and forming aneurysms. Once the blood pressure rises sharply, the rupture of the aneurysm is life-threatening. Damage to the heart: High blood pressure increases the heart load, making ventricular hypertrophy more likely to occur, further leading to hypertensive heart disease, coronary heart disease, heart failure, and arrhythmia. Cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction are common in the brain. It causes kidney atrophy, which then leads to kidney function.
