What is an allergy? How to prevent it?

People with allergies usually experience stress reactions when they come into contact with allergens. Therefore, it is very important for people with allergies to take corresponding preventive measures.

What is an allergy?

People with allergic constitutions often inherit their allergies from their parents. On the other hand, it is related to poor resistance and insufficient immune function caused by diet and excessive stress. People with allergic constitutions mainly have symptoms such as allergic rhinitis, allergic bronchial asthma and allergic dermatitis. Generally, people who are prone to allergic reactions and allergic diseases but cannot find the cause of the disease are called "allergic constitutions". People with "allergic constitutions" may have various allergic reactions and allergic diseases, such as eczema, hives, allergic asthma, and some are particularly sensitive to certain drugs, which may cause drug-induced dermatitis or even exfoliative dermatitis.

Ways to prevent allergies:

1. Eat a balanced diet

People with allergies should pay attention to their diet and avoid eating greasy, spicy foods, and eating less sweets, as these foods may aggravate allergy symptoms. Eating more foods rich in vitamins can enhance the body's immune system. Cabbage and citrus fruits can resist allergies and should be eaten more in daily life. Eat more high-calorie foods and never eat cold foods.

2. Have good living habits

Use hot water to wash your face and brush your teeth, and change your clothes frequently. Wash and dry pillows, sheets, and quilts that often cause skin allergies frequently. Avoid places with high pollen concentrations or places that are painted. Avoid contact with allergens in daily life.

3. Exercise to enhance immunity

Regular and appropriate exercise to relax the body and mind, combined with a medicated diet to enhance immunity, has a significant effect on improving allergic constitution.
