Symptoms of low back pain vary depending on the cause

1. Lumbar muscle strain:

The pain is relieved after rest. There is obvious tenderness between or beside the spinous processes, the straight leg raising test is positive, and there are sensory and movement disorders in the corresponding nerve root innervated areas.

3. Lumbar spinal stenosis:

Recurrent low back pain, numbness in the lower limbs, weakness in walking, and intermittent claudication.

4. Sprain:

Most patients have a history of obvious lumbar sprain, with immediate low back pain, limited mobility, obvious tender points in the waist, inability to change body position freely, and spasmodic pain.
