The SPF value simply indicates the index of protection against the medium-wave ultraviolet rays in sunlight. Usually, the protection time of sunscreen or lotion is the SPF number multiplied by 15 minutes, such as SPF8, which provides 120 minutes of sun protection. If you go to the mountains to play, you only need to do general sun protection and choose a sunscreen or lotion with SPF8. But if you go swimming in the sea, you need to choose a sunscreen or lotion with SPF15 or above; at noon, when the sun is strong, you have to choose a sunscreen or lotion with SPF30 or above.

Pay attention to the PA value while paying attention to SPF

PA+ means that its level of protection against long-wave ultraviolet rays (UVA) is (effective);
