There is a small tumor on the right testicle. What is it?

If a man has a small tumor on his testicle, it is recommended that he should go to a regular hospital for urology. Based on a routine physical examination, the doctor can determine whether the tumor is on the testicle, epididymal cyst, or spermatic flexure. Depending on the different causes and the characteristics of the small tumor, a scrotal ultrasound examination may be necessary. B-ultrasound can distinguish whether it is cystic or cystic.

If it is cystic, the problem is generally not serious. If it actually comes from the male testicle, further examination is required to determine whether it is a male testicular tumor. If it is a male testicular tumor, surgery is required. If it comes from the epididymal cyst, it is necessary to determine whether it is an epididymal cyst or a hardened epididymal cyst caused by chronic epididymitis. If it comes from the spermatic cord, most of the time it is probably a spermatic cord cyst, which can be treated surgically or can be observed.

There is a small lump on the testicle. It is recommended to go to the hospital for further examination to confirm the possible cause: First, normal epididymal cyst tissue. The testicle is not smooth. There is an epididymal cyst attached to the testicle between its bones. The two are closely adhered at the head, and there is a little mineral acid in the middle. Sometimes when you touch it, you accidentally touch the epididymal cyst and think it is a diseased tissue. At this time, you need to ask a professional doctor to check it further to determine whether it is a symptom or a normal epididymal cyst tissue.

Second, the space-occupying lesions of the male testicles can cause changes such as hard scars or hard masses on the male testicles. Further CT examination of the male testicles and medical examination of male testicular tumor indicators are needed for diagnosis.

Third, after epididymitis or orchitis, a local hard mass is produced, and there is a confirmed history of subacute swelling of the testicle or epididymal cyst. Later, during the recovery period of surgery, a hard mass gradually appears, without obvious pain, and B-ultrasound examination of the testicle or epididymal cyst is needed for further identification.
