What is the normal value of sperm motility?

Color: Uniform off-white

Semen volume: 2.0ml or more

pH value: 7.2~8.0

Sperm concentration: 20×106/ml or more

Sperm motility: more than 75% are alive

Sperm motility: more than 50% belongs to grade A and B (according to the quality of semen, they are A, B, C, D)

Sperm morphology: more than 30% is normal

White blood cells: less than 1×106/ml

Liquefaction time: The semen just taken out is in a gel-like state, but it completely liquefies within 60 minutes at room temperature. Incomplete liquefaction will affect sperm motility.

How to improve sperm motility?

1. Generally speaking, when an infection occurs, sufficient and appropriate antibiotics are needed for treatment; if the problem is with sperm "production" such as trace elements, testicular development, too little semen, etc., the effect is more significant.

2. If it is caused by varicocele, the severity should be distinguished. Mild cases can be treated with medication and surgery is not necessary. Severe cases require surgery. Mild cases can be treated with Huayu Tongguan Capsules.
