Inhale when you raise your arms and exhale when you lower your body. You can do this once in the morning and once in the evening, 24 to 32 times each time. Use the fingers of both hands to gently massage the Dantian point (2 fingers below the navel) and the Shenshu point (the back at the thinnest part of the waist, 3 fingers away from the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra) repeatedly in clockwise and counterclockwise directions respectively. By massaging these two acupoints, you can help adjust and improve sexual function.

3. Cold water rinse method

When the temperature and environment allow, wipe your body with cold water before going to bed every night, and then rinse your scrotum with cold water for a few minutes, which will help reduce the excitement of the sexual nerves. At the beginning, the rinsing time should not be too long, and people with weak constitutions should use this method with caution. It must be pointed out here that physical therapy is not effective in treating spermatorrhea in just a few times. Only by establishing perseverance and persistence can good results be achieved. In addition, when using physical therapy, you should also pay attention to focusing on study and work, cultivating a wide range of interests and hobbies, participating in more group activities, establishing a reasonable life system, and developing good living habits: quit masturbation; go to bed early and get up early, don't sleep too much in the morning, get up when you wake up, don't drink too much water before going to bed; wash your feet with hot water, so that you can fall asleep as soon as you go to bed; the bed should not be too soft or too warm, the quilt should not be too heavy or too thick, and the underwear should be loose; it is better to sleep on your side, and don't hold back urine (because a swollen bladder will stimulate the sexual nerves, causing sexual excitement and ejaculation), etc. It should be noted that these aspects are also indispensable for reducing spermatorrhea.

4. Static Half Squat Standing Pile Method

Stand up straight, bend your knees and do a quarter squat (the curvature of the thigh and calf should be about 120-140 degrees), keep your head and neck straight, look forward, raise your arms horizontally, and keep your knees inward as much as possible while keeping the posture unchanged, so that the legs, lower abdomen, and buttocks are highly tense. Continue for half a minute, then walk a few steps to relax the muscles before continuing. Repeat this exercise as many times as you want. Do it once every morning. As your leg strength increases, the duration can be gradually extended, and the number of repetitions can also be gradually increased.

5. Anal Levator Exercise

Sit on the bed and contract your anus, just like holding back a bowel movement. Do this every night before going to bed, and contract 48 to 64 times each time. Inhale when contracting and exhale when relaxing. The movement should be gentle, slow and rhythmic, and the force should be even. Perseverance and long-term persistence will definitely produce results.
