Does extracorporeal ejaculation harm the body?

Does extracorporeal ejaculation harm the body?

Extracorporeal ejaculation refers to a contraceptive measure in which the man immediately pulls out his penis when sexual intercourse reaches climax, so that the sperm is ejaculated outside the woman's body. Although it is a contraceptive measure, extracorporeal ejaculation can easily lead to contraceptive failure. In addition, extracorporeal ejaculation can easily lead to unhappiness for both spouses, and long-term ejaculation can cause sexual indifference in women. It is also more harmful to the body for men. Let's take a look at the main hazards below!

Leading to contraceptive failure

Ejaculation outside the body means that when sexual intercourse reaches climax and ejaculation is about to occur, sexual intercourse is interrupted immediately, so that the semen is discharged outside. However, this natural contraceptive method often fails to achieve the purpose of contraception. There are three reasons why it is easy to fail:

(1) Before ejaculation, sperm cells usually flow out of the urethra as the vas deferens contracts. Each drop contains about 50,000 sperm. If it flows into the vagina, one drop of semen is enough to fertilize a woman.

(2) At the most tense stage of the sprint, the timing of pulling out the penis may be too late because the man is attached to the pleasure, causing part of the semen to be ejaculated in the vagina;

(3) Sometimes after ejaculation outside the vagina, the man immediately touches the woman's vulva with his hands to make her reach orgasm, or has sexual intercourse a second time not long after. In both cases, the fingers and penis may bring sperm back into the vagina.

Causes sexual neurasthenia

During the entire process of sexual life, men's sexual response is completed under the control of the cerebral cortex.

The psychological and physiological stimulation during sexual intercourse will cause a series of changes and reactions. High excitement will cause mental tension, faster heartbeat, and increased blood pressure. At the same time, the reproductive organs will show signs of erection due to congestion of the penis blood vessels and contraction of the muscles. If sexual intercourse is suddenly interrupted when reaching climax, it will inevitably have a negative impact on sexual psychology. Over time, sexual neurasthenia is likely to occur, causing symptoms such as premature ejaculation and impotence.

Can easily cause functional anejaculation

During sexual intercourse, the penis is at climax due to sexual excitement, and becomes more erect and harder before ejaculation. If sexual intercourse is interrupted forcibly and ejaculation is done outside the body, the function of the central nervous system and the lumbar ejaculation center will be impaired. Over time, it is easy to suffer from functional anejaculation syndrome.

It is easy to make women suffer from frigidity

When sexual intercourse reaches climax, the woman has not yet obtained sexual satisfaction. The man forcibly interrupts sexual intercourse and ejaculates outside her body, causing the woman's sexual interest to plummet and she to suffer adverse psychological stimulation. If this continues, it will lead to sexual frigidity.

In addition to the above hazards, ejaculation outside the body can easily lead to impotence or premature ejaculation, which are both serious and difficult to cure in a short period of time. If contraception fails and leads to the deterioration of the relationship between the partners, it is better not to use ejaculation outside the body. Men should wear condoms before starting sexual life, which is the best contraceptive measure.
