Symptoms of Coronary Sulcus Ulcers

Symptoms of Coronary Sulcus Ulcers

What is coronary ulcer? When this condition occurs, how should we effectively deal with and solve it? Maybe many men in today's life don't know much about it. However, many men are prone to this reproductive health problem. Therefore, we should also pay attention to observe the symptoms of coronary ulcer. If we understand the possible symptoms, we can discover and treat it in time to reduce the impact of this reproductive disease.

Many patients with ulcer of the coronal groin develop erythema or small papules on the glans of the penis, and suspect that they have a sexually transmitted disease. When they go to see a doctor, they find out that it is balanoposthitis (penile balanoposthitis). In fact, balanoposthitis and ulcer of the coronal groin are common diseases. Balanoposthitis is divided into balanoposthitis and glansitis. Because they often appear at the same time, it is called penile balanoposthitis. This inflammation can be infectious or non-infectious. Infectious balanoposthitis is more common in clinical practice. Infectious ones are often caused by unclean sexual intercourse, infection with Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Gonorrhea or other bacteria; non-infectious factors are mostly due to excessive foreskin and insufficient cleaning, which causes the accumulation of unclean substances between the foreskin and the glans penis, namely smegma, which irritates the local foreskin and mucous membrane and causes inflammation.

Common clinical types of balanitis include the following, and their symptoms are:

(1) Acute superficial balanoposthitis is characterized by local redness at the onset, redness and swelling of the penis skin, and a burning and itching sensation at the glans. When the foreskin is turned back, the inner surface of the foreskin and the glans can be seen to be congested and eroded, with exudate and even bleeding. After secondary infection, small ulcers can be seen, with foul-smelling milky white purulent secretions. If rubbed against underwear, it will be painful, and the patient often has difficulty in moving. It may be accompanied by enlargement and tenderness of the inguinal lymph nodes.

(2) Annular ulcerated balanoposthitis: Red spots can be seen on the glans and foreskin. They gradually expand and become ring-shaped, and may form superficial ulcers.

In fact, many diseases will have some symptoms before they occur, so everyone needs to pay attention and scientifically understand some of these early symptoms. When encountering any abnormal problems, they must be treated and dealt with correctly, and men should also pay attention to the health care of their reproductive parts in their lives.
