How to treat hematuria in men

How to treat hematuria in men

Men are the backbone of life and the greatest support of women. Therefore, men support the entire family and bear the burden of the entire family. Therefore, men are under great pressure at this time. If men are under pressure, many problems may arise in their bodies. Men under great pressure may also have hematuria. So what is the reason for hematuria? How to treat it? Let's take a look at it together:

First of all, this phenomenon does not rule out kidney stones. If kidney stones are the cause of hematuria, the treatment is as follows:

Hematuria due to kidney stones is a symptom that often occurs when the disease develops to a certain extent. Patients can choose to go to the hospital for treatment in time, or they can choose to alleviate the condition by adjusting their diet in daily life, thereby effectively treating the symptoms of hematuria due to kidney stones.

Hematuria is often caused by diseases of the urinary organs. Human urine is produced in the kidneys and discharged from the body through the renal pelvis, ureters, bladder, and urethra. If these organs are diseased or bleeding occurs, hematuria can be caused.

Common diseases that cause hematuria include various nephritis, urinary tract infection, hemorrhagic cystitis, urinary tract stones, renal tuberculosis, renal tumor, kidney and urethral injury, etc. Hematuria is one of the main symptoms of these diseases.

First aid measures

(1) Rest in bed and minimize strenuous activities. Take sedatives such as phenobarbital and diazepam if necessary.

(2) Drink plenty of water to reduce salt crystals in urine and speed up the excretion of drugs and stones. People with nephritis who have developed swelling should drink less water.

(3) Use hemostatic drugs, such as Anhemolytic, Hemostatic, and Vitamin K. Vitamin C can also be used in combination.

(4) Use drugs that cause hematuria with caution, especially in people who already have kidney disease.

(5) Hematuria is caused by urinary tract infection and can be treated with oral or injectable antibiotics and urinary tract cleansers such as norfloxacin, furazolidone, ampicillin, penicillin, and metronidazole.

Therefore, when treating hematuria in men, the cause must be found first. Treatment cannot be done blindly before the cause is found. If the cause is not found, we don’t know what disease it is. If the hematuria is caused by kidney stones, then the treatment should be done according to the above method. If it is not caused by kidney stones, but by some kidney disease, then symptomatic treatment is required.
