1. Symptoms of urinary tract infection

The manifestations of chronic pyelonephritis are mainly tubular function damage, which is often more prominent than glomerular function damage.

3. Chronic renal insufficiency

In the final stage, renal insufficiency may occur, with symptoms such as edema, fatigue, loss of appetite, and anemia.
