What causes testicular pain?

The testicles are male reproductive organs, located in the scrotum, one on each side. The testicles are closely related to male secondary sexual characteristics and physiological functions. If the testicles are damaged, it may lead to the following situations, such as causing male friends to lose their fertility and sexual function, and may also induce other diseases such as prostatitis, nephritis, endocrine diseases, etc. If the testicles are painful, you must go to the hospital for symptomatic treatment in time. The following are the causes of hidden testicular pain:

Orchitis. If a man suffers from orchitis, he will also experience testicular pain and testicular enlargement, sometimes accompanied by fever.

Testicular torsion is one of the common acute symptoms in the scrotum. It generally refers to the patient's vigorous exercise a few hours before the onset of the disease, or excessive sexual intercourse, which causes the levator testis muscle to contract, causing testicular torsion and severe pain.

Testicular injury. Generally speaking, since the testicles are more mobile in the scrotum and are protected by a tough white membrane, the chance of testicular injury is very small. Testicular injury is mostly related to violent car accidents. After the testicles are injured, the patient will have severe testicular pain accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and even abnormal symptoms such as fainting or shock.

Testicular ischemic pain. Testicular ischemic pain is more common in the elderly. The pain caused by this reason is more severe, aggravated during activities, and relieved during rest. It is often caused by local vascular lesions.

When you find that you have testicular pain, you must not blindly take medicine by yourself. Go to the hospital for treatment and then get medicine. This is the correct way. Pay attention to daily hygiene and keep a good mood. In the case of high fever, you can give the patient some high-protein, high-calorie food to achieve the purpose of supplementing vitamins. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits to supplement vitamins.
