Many people find it embarrassing to feel a stinging pain in the urethra when urinating, and they are unable to go to the hospital for examination in time to understand the cause, so many times this condition becomes more serious. This problem also poses great harm to our reproductive health. Therefore, I hope that after the following introduction, everyone can pay more attention to these health issues. (1) If there is stinging pain at the urethral opening when urinating, or if there is dysuria, the lesion is mostly in the urethra and is common in acute urethritis. (2) If there is stinging pain at the urethral opening at the end of urination and urinary urgency, the lesion is mostly in the bladder, which is common in acute cystitis. (3) If there is stinging pain at the urethral opening at the end of urination, or pain after urination, or a feeling of "empty pain", or pain even without urination, the disease is mostly in the urethra or adjacent organs, such as trigone inflammation, prostatitis, etc. (4) Sudden interruption of urination accompanied by stinging pain at the urethral opening or urinary retention: seen in bladder, urethral stones or urinary tract foreign bodies. (5) Difficult urination accompanied by stinging pain at the urethral opening: This often indicates prostate hyperplasia in elderly men and may also be seen in urethral stones. (6) Stinging or burning pain at the urethral opening during urination: This is common in acute inflammatory conditions such as acute urethritis, cystitis, prostatitis, and pyelonephritis. (2) At the same time, non-gonococcal patients experience urethral itching, burning sensation and pain during urination. A few patients have frequent urination and a slight redness of the urethral opening. In the morning, there is a small amount of mucous secretion or only a crusty opening at the urethral opening, or the pantyhose is dirty and the urine stream will be bifurcated when urinating. Some patients need to squeeze hard with their hands to make the secretions overflow from the urethral opening. The symptoms are similar to those of gonococcal urethritis, but the degree is milder. Some patients have no symptoms. Patients are infected with both gonorrhea at the same time. Non-gonococcal complications ① Epididymitis: The infection extends along the vas deferens to the epididymis, and the typical symptoms are coexistence of urethritis and epididymitis. The most common is acute epididymitis, which is mostly unilateral and is often caused by a variant of the trachoma organism. The above is an analysis of the reasons why the urethra feels stinging when urinating. After analyzing and introducing these reasons, everyone should pay attention to being responsible for their own health in their daily lives, so that when these diseases are discovered, we can treat and solve them in time. |
