Causes of right testicular pain

Causes of right testicular pain

Testicular pain is a symptom that deserves our attention. There are many diseases in life for men, and testicles can also cause male diseases. If the testicles are painful, it means that there are many hidden diseases. It is necessary to check and treat them according to the symptoms. There are many factors for testicular pain. If we do not understand the cause, it is relatively blind to treat it. Therefore, we must first recognize the related factors of this disease. Let's take a look at it below:

Influencing factors:

Nowadays, more and more people sit on soft sofas. Some people sit on the sofa and watch TV for several hours. They only think that sitting on the sofa is more comfortable than sitting on a hard chair, but they never thought that the soft and comfortable sofa can cause damage to the function of the testicles.

This is because the original sitting posture of humans uses the two tuberosities of the ischium as support points, and the scrotum is then suspended lightly between the two thighs. However, when sitting on a sofa, the original support point sinks, and the entire buttocks sink into the sofa. The filling and surface materials of the sofa will surround and compress the scrotum. When the scrotum is compressed, venous return is blocked, and the blood vessels near the testicles become thicker. Severe blood stasis can lead to varicocele, and the patient will experience heavy testicles and dull pain in the lower abdomen.

Varicose veins can affect men's sexual function and fertility. When the varicocele is varicose, the harmful substances produced by testicular metabolism cannot be discharged in time, and the testicles cannot get enough nutrients, which will damage the normal testosterone secretion function of the testicles and reduce testosterone secretion. Testosterone is the driving force for maintaining male sexual function and producing sperm. Once it is lacking, it will inevitably lead to male sexual dysfunction and infertility.

Therefore, if you need to sit for a long time, a hard chair is better. If it is a soft sofa, it should be supplemented with a layer of hard cushion.

reason:

1. Testicular pain may be orchitis: In addition to testicular pain, orchitis also often presents the following symptoms: testicular pain radiating to the groin, a distinct feeling of falling, accompanied by high fever, nausea, vomiting, elevated white blood cells, etc. At the same time, the testicles are enlarged and tender, and the scrotal skin is red and swollen. If you find this, you need to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time.

2. Testicular pain may be epididymitis: If testicular pain is epididymitis, do you have other symptoms, such as scrotal swelling, heaviness, pulling pain in the lower abdomen and groin, which is aggravated when standing or walking. The epididymis on the affected side is enlarged and has obvious tenderness. When the inflammation is large, both the epididymis and testicle are swollen, and the boundary between the two is unclear, which is called epididymo-orchitis. The spermatic cord on the affected side is thickened and also tender. Generally, acute symptoms can gradually subside after one week.

3. Chronic prostatitis: Chronic prostatitis is a transformation from acute prostatitis. The pain of chronic prostatitis is not limited to the urethra, perineum, and testicular pain, but also radiates to the vicinity, with lower back pain being the most common. In addition, the penis, spermatic cord, testicles and scrotum, lower abdomen, inguinal region, thighs, rectum, etc. can all be affected.

The above factors are the causes of testicular pain. Male testicular pain is not a small problem and must be taken seriously. Then, actions must be taken to address the symptoms of the disease. Timely treatment will improve the symptoms, and good care should be taken when the testicles are painful. Men must remember not to wear tight underwear, as this is not good for testicular development. Severe testicular pain can also cause male infertility.
