The male testicle is located in the scrotum, one on the upper and one on the lower, usually the left one is slightly lower than the right one by 1cm. The male testicle is slightly flattened oval, with a smooth surface, classified into two sides, front and back edges, and upper and lower sides. Its outer edge is mineral acid; blood vessels, nerves and lymphatic vessels enter and exit the edge, and it touches the male testicle part of the epididymal cyst and ejaculatory duct. The upper part and the edge are attached to the head of the epididymal cyst, and the lower part is mineral acid. The outer side is more convex, and the inner side is flatter. So, what is the reason why the male testicle is higher on one side and lower on the other? 1. Normal condition: Because the growth and development of normal breast ducts are affected by female hormones, the upper and lower sides respond to female hormones inconsistently, which will cause the ducts on one side to proliferate more actively than the other side, which is mainly manifested in the appearance that the volume looks larger. 2. Cryptorchidism: Male testicles are the key male reproductive organs. In the fetal stage, male testicles are located in the kidney area of the waist. During the whole process of baby development, male testicles gradually descend to the scrotum. Normal testicles are located at the bottom of the scrotum and can move to a certain extent. Male testicles that are high on one side and low on the other are often seen in cryptorchidism in clinical medicine, that is, one side of the male testicle or both sides of the male testicles cannot descend to the bottom of the scrotum, and surgical treatment is required. The key damage of cryptic testis affects the growth and development of male testicles, which in turn affects pregnancy; the risk of testicular tumors and malignant tumors in male cryptic testis patients is higher than that of normal people. This disease must be treated immediately, and it is strongly recommended to be treated before the age of 2. 3. Varicose veins: Varicose veins are common in men with one testicle higher than the other. Its main symptom is the pain in one side of the scrotum. Generally, mild or moderate to severe varicose veins will be found in the physical examination that the height-to-width ratio of the upper and lower sides of the scrotum is inconsistent, with one high and one low. B-ultrasound and other methods can be used to observe that the varicose veins are enlarged, thickened and enlarged. Varicose veins may affect the activity rate of male sperm and are a key factor affecting male infertility. In this case, conservative treatment with drugs such as Maizhiling can be considered, and surgical treatment can also be performed. |
