Complete list of disease signals in various parts of a man's body

Health Guide: Compared with women's habit of seeing a doctor for both big and small things, men seem to think that minor illnesses are insignificant. But in fact, minor illnesses are signals of major illnesses. A complete list of disease signals in various parts of the male body allows you to check yourself where the problem is.

1. Complexion

1. Enlarged pores: As we age, sebum secretion gradually decreases and the skin's moisturizing ability also begins to decline. If the body lacks certain vitamins at this time, the pores will become enlarged.

2. Dark complexion: You may need to see a doctor to check if there is something wrong with your kidneys. The kidneys can regulate the metabolism of water in the body. If the filtering function of the kidneys is reduced, waste will accumulate in the body for a long time, making the skin dark. At first, pigmentation will appear in the thinner skin areas, and will slowly spread to the surrounding areas.

3. Red cheeks: Two inexplicable red spots on the cheeks may be caused by unexplained low-grade fever, which is caused by excessive physical exertion and water imbalance. If in addition to the red cheeks, there is also sweating and shortness of breath, this may be caused by high fever.

4. Pale face: Pale lips, inner eyelids and cheeks are all symptoms of anemia. Weak breathing can cause skin function to decline, reduce the ability to produce melanin, and easily lead to pale cheeks.

5. Wrinkles on the cheekbones: This may be caused by abnormal liver function. When the liver function cannot purify the blood or supply the blood with enough oxygen, the blood will become turbid, the body's metabolic rate will decrease, and the skin sensitivity will increase, leading to the appearance of wrinkles.

6. Pimples on the cheeks: Hormonal imbalance can cause pimples on the forehead and chin. If pimples grow on both sides of the cheeks, it may be caused by incomplete cleaning, anxiety, and work pressure.

2. Straight and dry eyebrows: mostly suffering from nervous system diseases.

4. Eyes

1. Dark circles under the eyes: If it is not due to excessive fatigue or lack of sleep, it indicates nutritional deficiency or suffering from chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver cancer and other diseases.

2. Swollen eyelids: In addition to physiological factors, such as lack of sleep or a pillow that is too low when sleeping, disease factors are often seen in eyelid conjunctivitis, heart disease, glomerulonephritis and other symptoms. When you get up in the morning, you find that your eyelids or face are swollen, and then it develops into systemic edema. You may have acute or chronic nephritis or nephropathy syndrome. From the perspective of viscera and meridians, the eyelids belong to the spleen. Therefore, red and swollen eyelids are caused by spleen heat, and swollen but not red ones are caused by spleen deficiency. Swollen eyelids are caused by edema.

5. Ear

If you see pus in your ears and your auricles are dry and black, it is a sign of kidney failure and a serious condition. The earlobe is very sensitive to ischemia.
