1. Memory loss

This manifests as a significant decline in memory, inconsistent memory, intermittent memory, and incomplete memory; inability to concentrate on anything, slow reaction, and low efficiency; indecisiveness and lack of vitality; and a decline in balance ability. 2. Loss of appetite

3. Reduced athletic ability

Muscles begin to decrease and become soft; bone cortex becomes thinner, bone toughness and elasticity decrease, bone collagen decreases significantly, and bone brittleness increases. Bones become smaller, height decreases, fractures are more likely to occur, and muscle, ligament and joint flexibility also decreases day by day, limiting movement.


10. Changes in sexual ability

Sexual life is not as good as expected, manifested as low libido, slow sexual response, decreased erectile ability, short duration of orgasm, reduced penile sensitivity, premature ejaculation, and shrinkage of testicles.
