How to diagnose asthenospermia? Asthenospermia is very common in life.

Many men don't know much about the diagnosis method of asthenospermia. After all, asthenospermia is very common in life. To diagnose the disease properly, it is mainly based on analyzing the male's semen and inquiring about the time when the disease occurred. However, do you know where to start the diagnosis method of asthenospermia? Let's take a look at the relevant introduction.

The diagnosis of asthenozoospermia is actually to make a timely diagnosis based on the male's own routine semen analysis and the history of the disease. And for this, we need to abstain from sex for three to seven days, masturbate to extract sperm, and analyze the male semen three times in a row to know that the forward movement of sperm (a+b grade) is less than 50% or the fast straight forward movement of sperm is less than 25%, the sperm density is greater than 20~106/mL, and other parameters are normal or basically normal. Or 1 hour after ejaculation, the sperm motility is less than 50%, and the laboratory or other auxiliary examinations can find reproductive tract infection, or other diseases that affect sperm motility, which can be diagnosed as asthenozoospermia.

If the semen analysis shows that the forward movement of sperm (A+B grade) is less than 50% or the sperm with grade A movement is less than 25% for more than 3 consecutive times, and the sperm density and other parameters are normal or basically normal, it can be diagnosed as asthenozoospermia. Or if the sperm motility is less than 50% after ejaculation, and the laboratory or other auxiliary examinations can find genital tract infection, or there are other diseases that affect sperm motility, it can also be diagnosed as asthenozoospermia.

For a specific infertile patient, semen analysis may often show multiple abnormalities at the same time. The diagnosis of asthenozoospermia should also include the diagnosis of related causes that may cause semen liquefaction.

The diagnosis method of asthenospermia is relatively sophisticated, so in our daily lives, we must have some understanding and knowledge of asthenospermia so that we can cooperate with the doctor's examination and diagnosis of the disease and actively help us treat and cure the asthenospermia in our body as soon as possible.
