3. The clinical manifestations of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis and prostatitis are similar to those of chronic bacterial prostatitis, but there is no history of recurrent urinary tract infection. What is penile discharge?

Penile purulent discharge may be fungal glansitis. The affected area will have erythema, swelling, fever, ulceration, exudation, and in severe cases, blisters and pustules may appear.
