3. Ensure sleep

Moreover, the secretion of growth hormone is closely related to sleep. Growth hormone will be secreted after a person falls asleep, and in a non-sleeping state, growth hormone secretion will decrease. Therefore, to keep a healthy body, you must have adequate sleep.
