Prostate discomfort after ejaculation

Traditional Chinese medicine divides ejaculation pain into the following four types for treatment.

(1) Liver depression and qi stagnation. This is caused by emotional frustration and a bad mood, accompanied by flank pain, irritability, pale tongue with white coating, and a stringy pulse.

Prescription: Gentiana 6g, Zexie 2g, Bupleurum 15g, Anemarrhena 6g, White Peony 15g, Chuanduan 15g, Citrus aurantium 10g, Aucklandia 12g, Licorice 6g. Take 1 dose per day, decocted in water.

(2) Wind-cold invasion. If a person is weak and suffers from wind-cold, then sexual intercourse at this time can easily trigger this syndrome.

Prescription: Bupleurum 15g, cinnamon twig 10g, scutellaria 9g, ginseng 6g, pinellia 6g, a few jujubes, and roasted licorice 10g. Take 1 dose per day, decocted in water.

(3) Sexual inactivity. Excessive sexual intercourse or masturbation can cause pain due to damage to tendons and veins.

Prescription: Bupleurum 12g, White Peony 15g, Citrus aurantium 12g, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 10g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 9g, Costus 12g, Cyperus rotundus 15g, Rehmannia glutinosa 20g.
