Why does sperm always flow out?

Sperm is a substance produced in the male testicles. It is mainly composed of protein. Sperm carries male genes and has a genetic role. However, sperm has a weak vitality. Sperm that cannot combine with eggs will die quickly. Men will ejaculate after sex. However, some men will have nocturnal emission or sperm leakage. Let's understand why sperm always leaks out.

Generally, there are hundreds of millions of sperms in a male ejaculation. Not all sperms can enter the vagina, and some will flow out. To solve this problem, you can put a pillow under your buttocks during sex to raise your buttocks to prevent semen from flowing out, thereby increasing your chances of pregnancy. Women should also pay attention to their sex life and keep their vulva clean to ensure that sperms can enter the uterus smoothly. However, it is inevitable that some sperms will flow out of the vagina during sex. This is unavoidable and normal. Women do not need to worry too much. Even if sperms flow out of the body, some sperms will enter the uterus.

First of all, it takes every second for sperm to enter the vagina. Just as the fetus undergoes fundamental changes when it leaves the maternal environment, there are also many white blood cells in the normal reproductive tract that are the natural enemies of sperm. Therefore, white blood cells will devour sperm, destroy the quality of sperm, and thus cause sperm death. If sperm can only stay in the vagina, then 90% will die within two hours, and they can only survive for 8 to 6 hours after entering the uterus. Only sperm that penetrate the fallopian tube can survive for 1 to 3 days, and individual sperm can survive for more than ten days. Therefore, only in this case will sperm meet the egg. Therefore, for sperm to meet the egg, it must fight hard every second to succeed.

The fertilization of an egg is the process of the combination of the egg and the sperm, and the sperm has already gone through a relatively long and complicated process when it meets the egg. For men, the semen contains one in 100 million sperm, and only one survives in the end. You can imagine how complicated and difficult this process is.
