The prostatic fluid (a component of semen) secreted and stored by the exocrine function of the prostate is rooted in the kidney yin and originates from the kidney yang. It is closely related to the congenital kidney. If the kidney yin is insufficient, the secretion of prostatic fluid will decrease, and if the kidney yang is weak, the stimulation will be weak, and the prostate will be unable to contract, resulting in the overflow of semen without ejaculation, and the sperm will be stagnant and less active.
