The red spots on the glans penis are not painful or itchy

In daily life, men often notice red spots on their glans, and the red spots on the male glans are a symptom. Red spots on the glans may be caused by balanitis. Balanitis is a common disease in men, which refers to the inflammation of the inner plate of the foreskin and the glans. A lipid substance is secreted in the normal foreskin cavity. After secondary infection, small ulcers and milky white purulent secretions with a foul odor can be seen. If it rubs against underwear, it will be painful, and the patient often has difficulty in moving. It may be accompanied by swelling and tenderness of the inguinal lymph nodes.

3. Candidal balanoposthitis: papules and erythema appear on the glans penis, which gradually expand and have clear edges. Small blisters the size of a needle tube can be seen on the erythema, and eventually an erosive surface is produced.

4. Candida albicans balanitis: Red spots can be seen on the foreskin and the glans penis, with a smooth surface and small blisters (herpes). The edges of the red spots are clear, and there are erosions and exudates in subacute onset.
